We are looking for a Paraplanner to join this superb award-winning Wealth Management firm. Directly authorised, with a long and successful history of providing a range of wealth planning services to clients across the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients across all forms, arrange client meetings where appropriate.
Ensure all information for report production is obtained from the adviser and administrator.
Complete client reports in a timely manner, and within timescales.
Passion for the industry, continuing to build on your technical knowledge, ensuring product research is kept up to date, and maintain a full understanding of the industry.
Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission.
About You
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and deliver on agreed objectives promptly.
Amazing communications skills. A confident and clear communicator who can maintain accurate records. Good with IT and technology.
Will possess a client focus and concern for quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
A positive and proactive mindset, who enjoys dealing with clients to ensure a top level of service. Work in line with TCF principles.
Ability to maintain and manage a high level of work, continue to strive for personal development and contributing to company objectives.
Super team player! Share skills, experience and knowledge where appropriate, supporting other team members and colleagues in the Wealth and Investment Management teams.
A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Have completed the DipPFS CII qualification.
A minimum of 2 years’ paraplanning experience within a Wealth Management company
