New Advisers will meet prospective clients earning £100,000 - £3 million; prospects are comprised of high-net worth individuals and city professionals, aged 35-65 years. The firm will provide client leads, professional introductions and referrals.
A three month training course when you start, designed to teach you the basics of financial planning and wealth management.
The company will then help you grow and develop your business over the next 6-10 years.

Individuals from an employed or non-financial services industry background will be transitioned into successful wealth management business owners. This is achieved through coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals within the wealth management industry as well as continual training and development programme which will help with sustainable client acquisition.
Requirements:
Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma (CISI, CII, LIBF).
Ideally 1 - 2 years of previous industry experience.
Experience in Sales / Business development with a track record of acquiring and retaining clients.
Demonstrate an ability to converse in a professional and articulate manner.
Deep desire to learn, succeed and create significant wealth.
