Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy team, providing a high level of administrative support to Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
- A range of administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, collating information, and composing letters and e-mails.
- Prepare letters of authority and letters of appointment as requested.
- Prepare paperwork required by team members for meetings, business submissions and the processing of new business applications.
- Team administration and compliance regarding client service matters.
- Liaise with external product providers to obtain all necessary information on the client's existing arrangements and implementation of new business.
- Obtain product research, information and new business illustrations as requested by the wider team.
- Liaise with providers regarding commission and fee payments.
- Work with the technical support team to progress client cases.
- Keeping the Financial Planners updated with regards to progress of client cases.

About You
- Previous office experience, preferably within the Financial Services (pensions or IFA) industry would be desirable.
- Previous experience of providing customer service.
- A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience of using CRM software is advantageous.
