We are delighted to be working with this well established Chartered firm of financial planners who following an internal promotion now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join the business. Long term career progression available within the business.
Role Overview
The role will be within a small team of 4 to provide support to the Senior Administrative/Paraplanning team. which could include the following tasks;
Updating client database (Intelliflo)
Preparation and issue of Letters of Authority
Completion of client factfinds
Liaising with product providers
Gathering policy information
Obtaining policy values
Assisting with new business processing
Downloading forms and applications from provider websites
Assist with the daily incoming and outgoing post
Covering reception as needed
About You
Experience working for an IFA (Financial Planning) business desirable
Working within a Financial Services business essential, e.g. banking or building society experience
Willing to study and undertake professional CII exams.
Good with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
