You will need to be a people person with a desire to learn and develop yourself in a proactive and professional environment.
(This is an Apprenticeship to gain a Level 2 Resourcer Qualification.)
- Monday - Thursday (9am - 5pm)
- Friday (9am - 3pm)
- £250 per week

Main Purpose of position
- To place well suited candidates to meet client’s recruitment objectives, in order to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new and manage on-going client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Main Duties
- You’ll become a key part of the team, building relationships with people (candidates) from within the Financial Services industry. Help these candidates secure new job opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in a timely fashion to achieve business targets.
- Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required.
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities.
- Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures.
- Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently.
- Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies.
- Support the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidate and our internal teams.
- Ensure all necessary administration is concluded in line with company policies.
- Understand and meet agreed targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to team meetings.
Develop and manage client / candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Ensure that candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
- Comply with company management systems and accurate database management.
- Learn and develop knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
- Conduct professional discussions with candidates using all mediums as appropriate.
- Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates.
- Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the internal recruitment database.
