Responsibilities
Handle queries from financial advisers regarding use of the platform
Operate platform helpdesk and platform system
Operate and update back-office CRM
Adhere to company SLAs for dealing with queries
Monitoring negative cash balances
Monitoring surplus cash on client accounts
Check monthly regular withdrawals
Monthly Direct Debit timely investment check
Monthly regular withdrawal monitoring
Requesting full platform withdrawals
Monthly DFM fees calculation splits and invoices
Monthly operational calls with platform technology provider
Send monthly MI to DFM Managers
Managing input of Acquisition migration packs
Monitoring receipt of migration transfer money and updating CRM as required
Distributing monthly DFM factsheets/commentary and upload to website
Daily input of SIPP contributions into back office
Check monthly RAS payments
Manage the Client Services email inbox
Update the platform technology provider error log
Check Client Quarterly statements and valuations
Monitor and manage MIS cash requirements
About You
Essential and desirable competencies, knowledge, skills and experience
Excellent telephone manner
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Financial Services sector
Basic understanding of investment platforms preferred
Excellent communication style both written and verbally
Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Good numerical skills with an eye for deal
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to communicate with numerous internal departments and adviser firms
