Mortgage Administrator

£18000 - £21000 plus benefits
Our client is an independent mortgage and protection broker based in South Gloucestershire. Due to the firm’s recent success and expansion, we are looking for administrators to join their growing team. Working hours are flexible and the right candidate should be passionate about customer service and be confident on the phone.
 
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • First point of contact for all client enquiries
  • Outbound calling to new clients introduced to the business
  • Creating and maintaining client records
  • Inputting mortgage applications on to lenders systems
  • Dedicated support to the advisors throughout the mortgage process
  • Updating clients and introducers on a regular basis using varying communication types

  • Well organised
  • Ability to self-motivate and work alone
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Previous telephone-based experience is essential
  • Experience in Financial Services/mortgages is preferred
