Our client has a new and rewarding opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser to join its new office in Reading.
The firm already has a large and successful team based in London and it is looking for ambitious and passionate advisers to expand its reach into Reading.
The firm has a strong culture of developing and nurturing its financial advisers with a track record of helping its advisers to achieve revenue in excess of £100K in the first year.
The Role
• Provide consistently excellent standards of financial advice to prospective, new and existing clients
• Maintain effective and mutually beneficial ongoing relationships with clients
• Maintain and continue to develop technical (financial services and sales) skills to the highest levels
• Support the practice leadership with sales management inputs as required
• Operate according to the sales policies and processes of the firm and to adhere to the Code of Professional Standards

Relevant Skills and Knowledge
• Will be highly motivated with a strong desire to continue their professional development
• Have a proven track record of acquiring and retaining clients
• Have a passion for building long term relationships with clients
• Demonstrate an ability to provide sound investment advice in a professional and articulate manner
• 1 - 2 years of previous advisor experience
• Track record of generating at least £40,000 in new business revenue per year
• Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma
