2 years’ experience in financial services administration and client servicing roles
Proven organisational skills
Knowledge of life and pension products
Knowledge of administration systems
Responsibilities
Provide a quality administration service in relation to a wide range of pension and life assurance products offered by insurance companies and serviced by the Life and Pensions Team
Provide administration in relation to the above for new and existing clients with existing policies, establishment of new policies, transfers, rebroke and renewals
Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
Update and maintain records to meet the requirements of the firm, the FCA and The Pensions Regulator
Provide an in-house contact for the client to offer a high level of service
Maintain good relationships with third party plan providers
