Responsibilities
The role duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responding to and solving customer queries via email or phone.
Responding to and solving external company queries via email and telephone.
Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLA’s.
Manage and work on the company’s database (CRM) to ensure that it is utilised to its full potential.
Support and update the firm’s CRM and pension finding feature.
Update client dashboards with all relevant information.
Supporting management on ad hoc projects and tasks.
About You
You will possess excellent attention to detail.
You will be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
You will have the ability to work effectively and efficiently either independently or as part of a team.
You must have excellent time management skills with an ability to always meet deadlines.
You will have top quality prioritisation and organisation skills.
You will have an ability to handle confidential information.
You must have experience within pensions or in a financial services setting.
You will be able to assist in the management of day-to-day office requirements.
