This role will suit a highly organised individual who will provide the Financial Advisers with full administrative support.
The individual will be trained on both Pre-Sale and Post-Sale administrative tasks to enable them to provide the full end to end support for their Advisers.
The key functions of the role are to deliver an efficient and effective support service to the Adviser, while providing an excellent service to the client.
Responsibilities include:
Dealing with ad hoc queries from Advisers, Clients and Providers
Tasks to be recorded and maintained via back-office systems
Maintenance of client files
Postal activity (incoming/outgoing)
Processing Letters of Authority and Valuations
Liaise with 3rd Party Providers & Paraplanners
Preparing Client Meeting Packs
Gather quotes / illustrations / Fact Sheets / Order Projections
