We are delighted to represent an Independent Chartered Financial Planners who seek a Paraplanner to join their team..  Working with a highly professional, ethical 'boutique' practice, we will go that extra mile to ensure client satisfaction, and supporting the successful team of financial planners. 

Based out of the Aylesbury office, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience. with an opportunity for progression into an adviser role.

About You

  • An experienced Paraplanner with minimum of 3 years experience 
  • Positive, proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to excel
  • Must be Diploma Level 4 qualified and ideally working towards Chartered status.
  • Proficient in using financial planning software and tools. 
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Collaborative approach to working within a team environment, and willingness to support team members with technical and administrative issues
  • Willingness to commit as a Paraplanner with the opportunity for progression into advisory roles at a later stage.

Desirable

  • A sound understanding of digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary source of technical professional support for the business, delivering accurate and timely output for adviser and marketing functions.
  • Sourcing of external provider solutions. Drafting advice:
  • Input into the design of planning solutions and the subsequent drafting of the advice to clients.
  • Adhere to and meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the delivery of advice from the Technical Team. Interaction with clients:
  • Stay updated with industry news and trends.
  • Professionally address and acknowledge client queries promptly. Other Duties:
  • Engage in mentoring or support sessions as necessary.
  • Familiarity with a range of products and solutions, including domestic and offshore options.
  • A good eye for detail and accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication standards
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively and independently.
