Acting as the liaison between work colleagues, advisers, clients, and providers, alongside compiling basic suitability reports and be able to work within compliance and FCA guidelines. Experience using X-plan and Morningstar would be advantageous, although full training will be provided

up to £26,000 dependent upon industry experience and knowledge

Responsibilities
To be proactive within this varied role, and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new business
A high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administration
To compile advanced suitability reports from structured templates
Preparing research, agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
Being responsible for following process and procedures for both yourself and the Director
To act as a liaison, point for clients and providers
To maintain and update client information, preferably within Xplan and AWS Morningstar
To assist the Managing Director and Practice Manager with operational projects where requested
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
Skills required
Organised - capable of dealing with several tasks in parallel and being able to work on your own initiative
Have good analytical skills and high attention to detail
Excellent standard of written & verbal communication
Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with our clients, other team members and strategic partners
Capability to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise workloads
Proactive, with an ability to multi-task and possess the ability to search out solutions
Ability to interpret data and produce recommendations with supporting evidence
IT Literate and be competent in the use of MS Office and Excel
Qualifications/knowledge/experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Knowledge of XPLAN Software and AWS Morningstar would be an advantage
Have at least 5 years 'plus relevant experience, within a senior administration role in Financial Services
Preferably to have previously worked closely with Senior Management
