We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced New Business Development Director to join a leading Wealth Management firm based in The City of London. The business provides bespoke financial management advice to high net worth individuals and business owners, specialising in pensions, inheritance tax and investments.
Basic Salary £60,000 p.a. + bonus, OTE £80.000. Contract Basis Considered - £300 a day
Job Role
You will be responsible for devising and taking ownership of the telesales and digital marketing business development plan, managing the new client acquisition targets to increase sales and overall profitability.
Lead the telemarketing team to exceed monthly targets through participation.
Develop the marketing team and their strategy to fully support the Financial Advisers achievement of their new business targets.
Proactively identify, develop and implement agreed new business strategy.
Develop the firm’s Digital Marketing strategy to increase new business.
Develop key opportunities and convert into appointments for the Financial Advisers in line with the business plan.
Manage a team of 5/6 personnel

Experience Required
Essential
Significant experience in a similar role
Strong Leadership qualities
Highly motivated
Proven Telesales experience – ideally within Wealth Management
Proven track record of securing appointments
Understanding of the regulatory requirements within Tele Marketing
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Desirable
Digital Marketing experience with Social Media, particularly Linked/In.
