CleverHr are delighted to be working with this FTSE-listed financial services company with a new and exciting opportunity. This firm provides investment solutions to a large portfolio of clients and are intrusted with over £23bn of their pension savings.

We are looking for a Project Support Executive to provide high end organisational and administrative support to the Managing Directors and Executive Team. This role will require strong experience in Data reports, presentations and internal papers as required to assist the governance reporting, running of the business and stokehold communication of ongoing project and development work.

In addition, the Project Support Executive will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily management, project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
  • To provide MI and Data to:
    • support to the Business Case and Prioritisation Project
    • support Management as required
    • continually review and assess the delivery and management of processes, policies, procedures, capacity and costing, in order to identify areas for improvement. This can include the production of regular reporting and MI
  • Work closely with our product managers, assisting with BAU reporting and data requests, as well as ad-hoc requests.
  • Reporting on the key performance metrics, reports and dashboards.
  • Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with agreed project management methodology.
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
  • Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues.
  • Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers and key presentations.

Experience required:

  • Recent experience in working within Transformation, Change & Project delivery environment.
  • Experience in producing reports and MI in particular operational reports.
  • Previous experience creating reporting structures and standardising reports and related documentation. Advantageous: exposure in producing advance finds/data extracts from various systems to product MI and reporting
  • Broad experience (>2 years) in the financial services sector and the ability to apply this experience to the needs of the business.
  • Awareness of the control and governance (conduct risk) within a financial services organisation
