General Overview
  • Varied role within an ever-growing busy team who cover a range of responsibilities. 
  • Key responsibilities involve arranging client transactions, providing valuations, switching funds, providing support for CRM system, booking appointments, and adhoc projects.
  • Opportunity for sponsored financial services relevant exams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective administration as requested by the client and adviser.  
  • Responsibilities include processing new business applications and obtaining valuations.
  • Assisting in producing reports.
  • Monitoring progress on applications and other transactions with platforms and providers.
  • Immediately raising issues with the relevant client service team.
About You 
  • A minimum 2+ years experience in financial or other professional services
